SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM

    Undertook a successful collaboration with renown designer Tory Burch for Spring 2013 collection

    Sponsored the businesses of 5 groups of women artisans through the Association of Women Tie-Dyers Project.

    Undertook a successful collaboration with renown super model Liya Kebede's brand Lemlem for Fall 2014.

    Implemented an Agriculture Development project in the Community of Modiya- providing seeds, fertilizers and pesticides to farmers in the community.

    Sponsored new groups of women entrepreneurs working on a variety of businesses including embroidery, crochet and soap-making

SCHOOL GRANT PROGRAM

    Sponsored the education of 40 Guinean girls since 2008 at the Ecole Primaire de Tombo II

    Sponsored school fees for select students facing considerable hardship

    Renovated classrooms at the Ecole Primaire de Abdoulaye N'diaye

    Donated bags of cements and other construction tools to the community of Kamba to support school building efforts

LIFE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

    Built a water site at the Ecole Primaire de Tombo II in Conakry for students, administrators and the surrounding community

    Donated baby clothes to ultra-poor women in the region of Kindia to promote maternal and child health

    Renovated broken water well and pump in Tabili used by the entire community

    Led health and hygiene awareness efforts as a way of limiting the spread of diseases such as malaria

    Hosted dialogues on domestic violence and female genital mutilation/cutting (FGM/C)
