Meet Our Interns – Julia Busto

Julia Busto lives in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn and is a full-time student at New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, pursuing an MPA in Health Policy and Management with a specialization in Health Policy Analysis. She is passionate about mitigating health disparities in New York City communities through improving social determinants of health. She has conducted research in anchor institutions and how they can collaborate with the city to equitably invest in New York City neighborhoods. She also has experience designing, developing, and evaluating public health programs in NYC and wants to continue in this space. When she’s not working, Julia loves playing soccer, singing, and traveling.
