The Tombo 2 School Program
The infrastructures of schools in Guinea are terrible; there is mold growing on walls. The ceilings in the schools are extremely damaged whenever it rains teachers are forced to place buckets in the classrooms in order to catch the rain water dripping from the ceiling. Most schools also do not desks, tables or electricity. This program will renovate the schools and provide the students with a safe learning environment.
The goal of the Foundation's sponsor a school - sponsor a child program is to increase the literacy rate in poor countries. Specifically, the program provides an opportunity for schools as well as children to be sponsored.
We are currently focusing on a school in Guinea called Tombo. Tombo is in urgent of renovation.
The children in Guinea currently have little to no access to a good education. This program will provide children with education, health checkups and daily meals.
